I did my first 2 MS's yesterday! Woohoo! Very exciting. I've been brave and signed up to another couple but cant figure out how to find the jobs!

just did my audit and noticed when i signed out someone had signed in under my entry as from 'the company that cant be named'. bet they were doing their crisp job, i was very mature and didnt go and spy on them lol :rotfl:

think next time someone spams on the alerts thread, 1st person to check it should post 'only use warning triangle in bottom corner of post to report spam!' to stop everyone clicking the top one. so annoying when thread is removed :mad:

I just wanted to say how happy I am with Max and his team so far. I had been allocated a few jobs for them and completed them as directed. I then applied for more and was planning to go into the city centre to do them . When I hadn't heard whether they had been allocated to me, I phoned Max as I was ready to leave my house. I explained that if he wanted me to do them he would need to let me know there and then, which he kindly did and allocated one for me.

The jobs were easy enough but had to think on my feet when the store assistants probed me for more info! The questionnaires were ok to complete but I did miss being prompted on exactly how much, in the way of comments, that they expected.

I have since received some feedback and I did fall down on the comments section, however I am new to this so am still learning. Maybe Helion could also add some examples of typical comments that are required.

The only other issue that I had, which did confuse me and took a few emails before it was resolved, was that one report was accepted and completed and also graded. The next day it was back in my box as incomplete and I received an email stating that I needed to confirm the time of the assignment. I was confused as I had entered this correctly on the first report, so I just emailed them to confirm the time. This did not resolve the issue. What they needed me to do was to freetext, in the comments box, the time of the visit, aswell as directly on the questionnaire.

I like the way that so far Helion are responsive to any issues the shopper has, and I like to hear how the reports are graded because that is the only way I will improve.

Thanks Max and lets hope some of the other companies can take note!
