I just wanted to say how happy I am with Max and his team so far. I had been allocated a few jobs for them and completed them as directed. I then applied for more and was planning to go into the city centre to do them . When I hadn't heard whether they had been allocated to me, I phoned Max as I was ready to leave my house. I explained that if he wanted me to do them he would need to let me know there and then, which he kindly did and allocated one for me.

The jobs were easy enough but had to think on my feet when the store assistants probed me for more info! The questionnaires were ok to complete but I did miss being prompted on exactly how much, in the way of comments, that they expected.

I have since received some feedback and I did fall down on the comments section, however I am new to this so am still learning. Maybe Helion could also add some examples of typical comments that are required.

The only other issue that I had, which did confuse me and took a few emails before it was resolved, was that one report was accepted and completed and also graded. The next day it was back in my box as incomplete and I received an email stating that I needed to confirm the time of the assignment. I was confused as I had entered this correctly on the first report, so I just emailed them to confirm the time. This did not resolve the issue. What they needed me to do was to freetext, in the comments box, the time of the visit, aswell as directly on the questionnaire.

I like the way that so far Helion are responsive to any issues the shopper has, and I like to hear how the reports are graded because that is the only way I will improve.

Thanks Max and lets hope some of the other companies can take note!
I like what you've said and agree with it wholeheartedly. We have to remember that Max is just starting out on his own too so he has a few little hiccups and if we all communicate with each other they will be ironed out. I like that Max is on this thread and listening to us - treating us as human beings, unlike so many other companies. He wants constructive feedback and actually listens and takes it all on board. I love it! Wish all my past employers had the same attitude!

think next time someone spams on the alerts thread, 1st person to check it should post 'only use warning triangle in bottom corner of post to report spam!' to stop everyone clicking the top one. so annoying when thread is removed

:naughty: stop shouting young lady :naughty:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

got 50% for my added value comments! I wrote more than enough in the comment box!

Oh NooooooooGlam :( and you had prior warning so I'm sure you wrote enough.

At least Max is aware of the editors doing this and they are going to address it in a meeting on Tuesday.

    AAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Just doing a website job which I'd scheduled for today with GR - halfway through my order and the website is down for maintenance til 4am :mad::mad:

I've just spent 15 minutes adding stuff to my basket after writing my shopping list!

Is there likely to be anyone at GR at this time if I tried to ring them?

I think its really poor that you aren't asked in the scenario to look for anything else but I made a real effort to comment on the interior, my waiting time, the staff and the information I was given. What more could I put! Maybe I wrote too much but it was only about 6 sentences.

All done for the weekend thankgoodness. I have been feeling more and more ill over the last few days, don't think I could have coped if I had anything booked in for the weekend.

All reports done, now to decide whether to keep the jeans from the curvy lady store. Started back at slimming world last week, so don't want to have lotsof clothes that won't fit me forl ong, but they are nice, much better than the supermarket ones I usually get. Lost 8 and a half lbs this week, but that dosent really fit in with the pizza job I did today, lol.

I don't think you can refer people any more? I tried the other day and the person I referred said RE didn't ask who referred them or how they heard of the company. Perhaps they've stopped it? (not that they paid out for it anyway!)
