LOL, correct......0 -
Can I ask roughly how many words everybody wrote in the final part of the Telecom reports please? I seem to have scored quite low and wondered if I read 'brief description' as too brief.
Where do you find out what you scored?
I looked on completed assignments and four say "completed" and one says "finalized", but no mention of scores.
I understood brief to mean a couple of sentences so I just wrote a quick summary. Hope that was enoughHere I go again on my own....0 -
Hahaha reminds me of a time I asked a policeman for directions to a station in Wales (for reference Pontypool station isn't actually in Pontypool!) and they offered to let me follow them to it. Unfortunately as the police when through a light it started to turn red! I sped up and nipped through the light behind them. After we got to the train station they asked if I'd run the red light haha. I cheerily told them it was amber and they just laughed at me
Its in New Inn isn't it;)

Issue is, i can't get a small item as it's a pay only kiosk. So i wont be able to get a reciept to say i've been without buying petrol.
I think i'm just being careful as it's my first shop for TNS and don't wanna make a pigs ear of things.
I've had this too, dodn't buy any fuel, but explained on the report that it was a kiosk only and they don't sell anything else.

TPAx
Yes it is, and it still isn't sign posted. Silly place! I missed the train by the time I got there and ended up driving to Newport. Should have just driven all the way to Cardiff to be fair.
I'd also like to know where you find out your Helion scores. From the sounds of it I don't think I'll be getting a great one.0 -

a) IF I HAD A CAR: Purchase a small amount of fuel (say £5 to £10) so that the reimburse makes for a pretty good discount (after all, you'll need fuel anyway at some point).
b) IF I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR: Leave it. There's like one question about it in the questionnaire - they want to know how many pumps were open and how many tills were open. You can get by that and then leave a comment at the end noting that it is kiosk only.
TNS don't generally go postal on the little things - provided you explain yourself whatever you do and provided a reasonable report there shouldn't be a problem.
I don't think I have ever submitted a receipt for the petrol station element. TBH, if you buy something minor, they rarely give the receipt. For example, today, I bought a pint of milk (had filled up with petrol on previous job), and the cashier screwed up the receipt immediately.:)0 -
is anyone doing an audit tomorrow? if so, is your spreadsheet on yet?:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

If I have a receipt I submit it, but I've never had a complaint for not submitting one. I assume tns understand that cashiers do just what you described.0
