I think it's dreadfully important when one is visiting another region to partake of that region's cultural delights - so yeah the chippy is fine with me
Jintyb........I think the lingo is actually 'a few wee drams afore we go'
I personally think that in light of her recent troubles we should invite Dawn French along on our virtual night out...........am sure it would proper cheer her up and perhaps it would also mean that we would have some else to laugh at rather than BigMummaF?
Spoons - Another NSD for moi yesterday - so now have 4. Unlikely to have one today. Have run out of tablets so need to get my prescription tonight...............well that wasn't very well planned was it. And with regard to the policeman in the Newcastle incident............well last I heard he'd asked for a transfer as he found continuing on the beat in Newky too traumatising, trouble is.........aparantly he's ended up in Glasgow..........ack noooooo, the poor wee laddie!
On more positive financial matters - My fuel tarriff ended on 31st and I've renewed on another tarriff (no cancellation charges so when I have time to 'Go Compare!', I can switch) which in meantime will save me £91.47 per year. Ding Dong0 -
