I would love to be debt free by 30 - if I'm 28 thats about 18 months away, if I'm 29 thats 6 months away  will check with DH how old I am, can never remember :rotfl:
Oh Choccy - I own and my house is mostly magnolia!! Its just easier and it always looks clean which I like! Have you found somewhere to move to Choc? Just having probs getting them out?
Well I've woken up to a Tory MP  can't quite believe it, down here in deepest, darkest Cornwall....madness. All I can say is that I'll be hiding my money under the mattress for the foreseeable future
:rotfl:I have told loads of people this year that I am 32 and that's not until October!!! Talk about making myself feel old!
We have found and had offer accepted on a house but still waiting for them to find somewhere - they did have an offer accepted on one but it fell through so we are just playing the waiting game  Patience has never been one of my qualities, probably why i'm in so much debtI can't wait to move, our own home
Tories have always been in our area (South-East) - and it's stayed the same - not that I vote for them. I'm a Southampton girl but moved here with OH few years back.0 -

:rotfl: I do that all the time - hence the confusion lol!!
Oh god, I hate the waiting...have been so tempted to move recently, don't know why just itchy feet I guess, but I doubt we'd get a mortgage anyway! Just have to hang on another 6 years....:o
We've been LibDem for years down here, but I'm a migrant to the South West - was born in Yorkshire and raised in a Labour household in a family of coal miners - hence my issue with the Tories, the Thatcher years were not fun up there!Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
I've been having a think about these f-ing debts (for a change) and I think I'm going to start from scratch as of today. I figure if we're going to have a hung parliament there is going to be a lot of starting from scratch and I want to get in on that!
I'm going to sit down and do all my filing and get a system sorted once and for all. I'm going to start my PAD's again, but only including money actually going to pay debts. I have a good budget now that is very clear and we know exactly where we're coming from so there is no reason why this wouldn't work.
Oh, and I must sit down and do some OU study today (because I was too stressed about money yesterday) because I have a tutorial tomorrow afternoon!
Right, will catch you guys later xxPaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
Good morning both, I've woken up to labour I'm glad, I'm also part excited about the hung parliment and what that will mean or do for the country. Ah choc I hope they hurry up and move out I'd be looking elsewhere too if it goes on any longer arghhhh. Well I just feel fed up and huge, lol I was thinking what bothers me the most is that life moves on with debt I deal with a problem and make everything else stand still that's also a problem, I don't like too many things to juggle, work, life, diets, money, debts etc etc. Yes true pm your true 3 headed identity, I hope to be debt free well before 30 I could bare it another 4 years I can't stand it now! Lol coffee anyone xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. LBM 08£77240.69 Current outstanding total £36083.01 Paid so far = £41157.680

True, i'm with you on starting from scratch TODAY - new starts all round guys?
How do you work your PAD?
Happy, wish i'd woken up to LabourIt's always been the blues since i've moved here and was starting to get slightly annoying on my run's during the evening only seeing those flyers, billboards, posts and so on in the streets/peoples gardens.....I did have a moment where I thought if I went for a run when dark I could sabotage them, bring them all down and put them in the stream that I run alongside :rotfl:Thing is OH a police officer so don't think that'd go down to well with him if I got caught - although it was fun thinking about it
Understand how you feel about juggling too much, i'm the same.about feeling huge, i'm sure you're not! I find I eat more when i'm down - been known to much through all sorts of chocolate in a day, shocking
Def have a coffee please...do you have any cake to go with?!0 -
Good luck with your filing and hope you get some OU study done.
We are labour here too have been for a long time. Its nice to here some other people supporting the labour party. I'm scared whats going to happen to the tax credits we don't earn anywhere near 50k but have a feeling it will be reduced.

:j YAY to starting from scratch :j
With my PAD's I just stick my change (when I rarely have any) into my piggy bank and then bag it up once a month and chuck it at whatever I feel needs it the most - not much strategy involved I'm afraid
Know what you mean about juggling Happy - its much better to deal with one thing at a time trying to deal with everything at the same time is just a migraine in a box!
:hello: Hi Kerron! I'm worried about the tax credits too, if they go down the we're in real troublePaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

Well there is nothing we can do about it so i suppose we will just have to see. I think they have been a god send, however if we never had them in the first place wouldn't rely on them now.
