    as she would be paying a debt(loan) after going BR that was taken out before her BR,thats a no no of BR.

    But she has not taken the loan out, her mother has, the loan is in her mums name therefore the OP is not liable for the loan. If, after she is declared BR and her SOA has been agreed by the OR has any surplus left, then she will be free to do with that surplus as she sees fit.

    lol a debt is a debt,as its not in her name makes not the slightest bit of difference,she would be paying money towards a debt that all her other creditors are entitled to a share off.

    mate the"debt" is to her mum and yes it can go into the BR,which means she no longer owes her mother,but her mother will still owe the loan to her creditor!
