I was leaning toward grey and speckled.. DD2 has grey and speckled in her room and it is fairly ok.. though 95% is covered with rug!

and I definitely won't be vacuuming it!!

So sorry to hear your news Suep, thinking of you and yours. xx

Scan went well, bit of a faff to start with as we got there and radiologist said the scanner was broken and we would have to rearrange but then the engineer comes dashing out and says he has managed to fix it which is good! Meant a lot of hanging about waiting for it to be ready to use though.
Doc also struggled to get a vein to inject the dye into as she has had so many needles/canulas lately she is a bit like a pin cushion:o Dont know when we'll get the results.

Hugs for Sandy, hope everything went well with the biopsy.

SueP - sorry to hear of your loss, thinking of you
Sandy - thinking of you and hoping that you are getting all you need

I got the job so thank you fly ladies for the vibes, I start on 19th April so I've emailed the boss of the place where I'm relief working [he's on holiday!!] to say that after tomorrow I won't be working anymore - my DS is really struggling with the hours I was working and as we all know - the kiddies come first

Will catch up with the lists on Weds after I've taken the dog to the vet, handed over paperwork for my new job and had a coffee or 2

SueP - So sorry to hear about your dad.

    G & B - Glad you managed to have LO's scan

Piggers - Flecks it has to be

LoneWolf - Throw the BD a stick - throw it a very long way. I used to do this when I had PND. It made me smile to think of it racing away from me no matter how temporarily it lifted me.

    MONDAY DONE STAR PLEASE.

DH is away, DD1 is at work. Just collected DS3 from a party which was supposed to finish at 6:eek: He's had a lovely time but I left my lovely FIL in charge at home and he looked done in when I got back.

DH has just phoned, he rang his usual indian for that neck of the woods and they have greeted him like a long lost friend. They usually give him a bottle of wine (which he brings home for me:D), this time he got 2 bottles for the same size order. It's really tickled him.

    ETA - Congratulations Helen Jelly

    Evening all,

First of all big hugs to Sandy, hope you will try and rest now.

    Sorry for your loss Suep.

Well not a lot of flying went on after I posted this morning, went to Step and Tone and was absolutely shattered after! She really beasted us today! So when I came home I sat down for a while, then had a bath, did a couple of jobs on the list and that was it pretty much!

Think I might have to go back to the hairdresser tomorrow, had my hair cut last Wed and there is a big chunk missing out the fringe . I went as a model at Toni & Guy but nobody checked afterwards. It looked fine when she showed me but she was obviously very good at hiding the gap! So I think I might have to go back to see what they can do.

Anyway, here is my list, only the fridge to go for a star but I think that will have to wait until tomorrow.

Sorry for your loss suep. remember we're all here if you need us.

    Continued vibes for GnB's LO

No news from Sandy, but I'm not expecting to hear anything for a bit as I assume she'll either be sleeping off anaesthetic or having treatment of some kind. I'll pass on your messages though, as I'm sure they are helping.

Practically no useful work done today... major attack of CBA. Went to the gym, got bored walking so ran for 15 minutes non-stop . No idea what happened - it was fine - I could have carried on. Bet it hurts in the morning though :o.

Need to try to harness some of that energy and get some work AND some flying done tonight. My desk is slowly getting clearer, so once it is manageable I'll start importing the piles from around the house and dealing with them.
