About the lawn... apparently (according to my dad) we're putting land drains in before the turf goes down, which should help. At the moment I seem to be developing a small swimming pool.

Off topic sorry! But that's what we had to do - there was a permanent wet patch.. so we had 3 new land drains laid in January and it's loads better now. Now we just have to reseed where the trenches are! And do the new border, and keep on top of the veggie patch, and get ready for the chickens to arrive.. :rotfl:

If there are any spare positive thoughts i would really like them for LO as she has a CT scan this afternoon to see if she has permanent damage to her lungs

Humongous hugs and positive vibes coming your way.

I've just heard from Sandy - she was taken into hospital last night as she has a lot of pain in her head and can't move her right side. I think a few more flylady vibes in her direction would be welcomed.

Sending positve vibes to sandy as well, hope they get things under control soon for her.

WTG zoe, that is FANTASTIC news :T:j:D:T

In my HHC I:
put DW on
cleared and hoovered the hall
hoovered the kitchen (yes I am that lazy!)
cleaned the hob
put the recycling out
started junking out my work bag (all sorts of crubbish in my locker which is now in the process of being shredded!)
checked online banking.

LadyL - smooch.gif I quite agree that you need to look after yourself honey - you need to think about yourself, you are too nice sometimes and maybe should say 'No' a little more often. (Ok, I will shut up now giggle.gif).

I may well have 2 weeks off work but there are some things that I want to do some am off there soon. I want to move into some other lockers and if I don't do it soon someone will have claimed them before we go back. More importantly I want to check what I am going to get paid too! By the time I get back I should nearly be ready to start my mammoth studying session.

I thought it was just my hubby that did that! Empty envelopes, flyers, wrappers, receipts, movie stubs, bus tickets..... Grrr and all that.

Had my bath so i'm no longer stinky:D Have half cleared the worktops and the DW is on. Need to do some dishes that dont go in DW and wipe down the surfaces before lunch.

Greenbee thanks for letting us know about Sandy. Sending loads of healing vibes to her...what a truly terrifying situation to be in. Big hugs to Sandy.

GnB also sending positive vibes for you LO today. Hope the scan goes well and that everything is OK.

Also, big hugs and positive vibes for anyone I've missed - difficult to keep up with a small boy learning to walk (and getting into everything!).

And, I've been busy...

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room DONE Star please Toots! Cheers m'dear.

Right, DS is having a nap right now, so I'm taking the opportunity to undo my good work in the kitchen by baking up some snacks for him. He's waking 4+ times in the night to breastfeed...not a huge problem, but exhausting. I'm trying to increase his calorie intake during the day, hoping that he'll wake fewer times....(I can at least hope!).

Take care all
