Morning everyone.

Dailies done and will get a bit of the kitchen done before I go to my voluntary job. Im a bit miffed as its the official open day for the relatives room and us volunteers are not invited. They only mentioned it cos someone else told us. Just for the big wigs. Dont get me wrong its not that I want to be in the limelight I dont but it would be nice to have a some recognition of our role. Never mind I know what comfort we are givng people. Sorry for the little rant there. Right kitchen here I come.

sandy I will be thinking of you at 11am. Im the one standing on a chair at the back. A big warm hug for you when you come out.

Right the story so far.....
Livingroom tidy just needs a hoover
Washing picked up from various locations around the house
Dishes. cups etc picked up from numerious locations and stuck in the sink
Kettle now going on and I'll wash said dishes while the tea is masting.


ETA Natty try cutting some onions in half and putting them in the painted room that's meant to help.

Back from Mr M's all shopping put away, just having a :coffee: and a catch up.

Miss A and W have taken decorated hard boiled eggs to school this morning. W decided at the last moment to add some glitter :eek: so first job is to hoover the rest of it up from where he added it in the hall!

HHC at 10.30 any one?

ETA Boddy I agree that is shoddy treatment of all you volunteers, perhaps you should mention it to them, could be that they just didn't think about you all.

My HHC started late as i had to persuade Ds1 to help. Actually it was more threatening if you don't help me i'm taking your xbox.:cool:

Ds2 tidied the living room

Ds1
Hoovered living room
Collected laundry
Put his clean laundry away
Put dry dishes away
S & S Bathroom
Made beds

I
Wm x 1
Folded 2 loads of clean laundry
Put mine & Ds2's laundry away
Sorted recycling
Washed up
S & S Kitchen

I'm having a coffee now, then i'll get showered and dressed and make a start on the kitchen list.

My Mum swears by buckets of clean water dotted around the painted room to dispel paint fumes. And you know, it does help... Doesn't entirely get rid, but does lessen the pong. To be used with caution around children and animals, of course!

I've just heard from Sandy - she was taken into hospital last night as she has a lot of pain in her head and can't move her right side. I think a few more flylady vibes in her direction would be welcomed.
