    Evening all

Had a good day ice curling and out for pizza with the inlaws.

Sweeping the ice was the only flying I've achieved.

penPen - you hens must be very happy already

Hex - glad you had some good news

Lady Liberty - sweetie I cannot find any words to help you with what must be a very difficult day but I can send you a hug x

Boddy - glad you Mum liked her Easter Egg, I remember here enjoying that treat last year too.

I loved Dr Who :j and that saying something as i thought i'd hate it because no one can come close to DT. He did very well i think he's going to be a great Dr. Ds2 is a bit over excited now though and is trying to recreate scenes in his tiny bedroom.

    As well as that i've

    Put rabbits to bed
    Put dry dishes away
    Washed up
    S & S Kitchen
The boys tidied the living room
Bathed Ds2, read a chapter of Harry Potter to him and put him to bed

I don't think i'm going to do any more painting tonight. OH isn't coming over as he's out so i have a full evening to myself.:j I think a soak in the bath is in order and a semi early night.

No need to thank me ;):p

Maybe I should just make up my bed (it should have aired by now) and have a bath and an early night... :o

I think there's a theme developing. Sounds like a good idea - I'll start the bath, then get a glass of something and my book. Does anyone else read in the bath, or is it just me?

Hello everyone, and sorry I went MIA.

Toots: Have a great christening tomorrow and a fabulous lasagne tonight!

Have spent the last few days helping DD to pack, and then drive her a couple of hundred miles away, so she could go away for 9 days to play cello in the National Children's Orchestra. Much nervousness and panic all round - it's her first time, and we don't know what to expect..... bitenails.gif

Before she went, she helped me tidy and clean her room, so can we claim Friday's star, please?

Friday ~ Childrens pits, spare or neglected rooms! :j:j:j

    Hello everyone

Thought I'd pop in and make my confession. I didn't touch my bedroom list. DH got me up and said he wanted to do some gardening so we went to B&Q. I did get some crates for my declutter mission (give away, throw away, put away and an extra for good measure). Then we went to the cafe for brekkie. Got home and watched him put the edging in and fell asleep with DS on the bed. I think it was about 2pm and I only just got up so I feel like I have a "head full of cotton wool". So I'll be doing the bedroom tomorrow. To make up for it, since I got up I've been reading sink reflections and making notes as I want to redo my control journal now properly.

Sounds like Toots is having a fab time with her guests, have a wonderful day tomorrow at your confirmation. Wish I was close enough to bake you a cake:)
Emzy looking forward to reading your pm, hope you're feeling better.

I do, i prefer a magazine rather than a book though as i've got a habit of dropping them in the water.:o I'm waiting for Ds2 to go to sleep and then i'll have one.
