I find by NOT putting them forward, it saves me the chore of having to put them back again in Oct, Kind of messes my work hours up though :rotfl::rotfl:

Having missed several hotel breakfasts, check outs and shops closing I'd rather someone bothered to remind us than not. :p

I agree with Jennifer because if you are on your computer and on the internet unless you are incredibly unobservant you will be aware that the clocks have went forward.

But what about the people who don't have internet access you ask?

Well they won't see the warning then will they?

But on Saturday they wouldn't see the clock had changed unless they were on the pc at 1am. They might notice on Sunday morning but already could be late for work, a bus etc.

I dont think there is any getting away from it, constant reminders on the telly, radio, internet, family or friends, even your computer reminds you when it happens.

I think the worse bit for me, is I always seem to forget to adjust the clock on my mobile phone, even now I am reminded of it, I just cant be bothered ;)

Well, I woke up this morning not knowing what time it was. Time on my laptop and phone were the same, but couldn't work out whether they'd already put themselves forward. Wasn't till I got into the kitchen several hours later that I realised they had.

I use to work in retail and often worked Sundays. I would always be wondering in both March/April & October when the clocks change and made sure I knew as if it caught me out I'd be late. I'd expect others to do the same, if they don't and are late for their jobs it's their own fault really. Like it's been said, it happens twice a year every year, people should make an effort if it effects them to know when it is really.

It's not the reminder........it's when people remind you , and then get it the wrong way round.
