Well done PP on getting your essay finished.
Glad to hear you're feeling more settled Michelle.
I'm a naughtie mum.... we've not yet had dinner and it's gone 9pm... but in my defence it's because we've been in the garden trying to keep a fire burning and toasting marshmallows over the flames :D
This job seems to be taking forever - especially as the dog keeps 'helping'.
I am aching in parts I never knew I had - but it's nice. Anyways, dinner has beeped so best dart.
Hope your suprise trip was nice Pink Winged,

    Good morning everyone,

Just getting ready for another excursion into town. :D Let's hope the stock turned up last night or I feel a tantrum coming on. ;) My yoghurt turned out lovely. :jGood creamy consistency. But it's a bit bitter to my liking. I added some honey, then remembered I was suppose to leave some over for the next lot. (can I still do this once I've added the honey?) It's still pretty tangy but the *live* one was as well. It had adrochphlius (sp) in it. Not as sweet as the normal yoghurt's I buy. It's in the fridge now cooling so I'll have some when I get home.

Nice that you had a happy birthday Pink-winged. It was my OS birthday as well.

(((((hugs))))) to all & I hope you all have a good nights sleep. Byeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

I've finally managed to finish/upload my listings to ebay..it's only taken me since the 23rd July :o All 27 items are listed and should hopefully be dispatched (and anything not sold distributed to anyone who wants them ;) ) by the time Royal Mail change their pricing policy.

Now all I have to do it sit back and carry on with all my surveys and I should be able to get my gifts for Xmas almost for free save a little mouse/leg work ;)

I was going to watch Under Seige (Steven Segal :happyhear) but OH put Outbreak on and now I'm hooked  Will have to see it right to the end now.

My shoulders feeling alot better now. I can use my arm again, it's just a dull ache instead of pain now

Right, off to watch the end of Outbreak while mooching around. C U all tomorrow

That sounds like fun!! Your kids will remember these times, they won't remember dinner was late!!!

You're putting the rest of us to shame with all your hard work Kaz, when you're finished with yours I could keep you occupied for a month or two in my garden if you fancy it?

Making welshcakes would probably be a good way to clean your fingernails, but I wouldn't fancy eating them:rotfl: :rotfl:

I'll be making yet more tomorrow!! I don't let on how easy they are, just put on my martyr look and say yes OK I'll make another batch!! Oh the brownie points I'm storing up. Oh and are you contributing to the size bigger wardrobe I'll be needing?:rotfl: :rotfl:

  • Morning Guys!

Not a good night here last night, only slept for about 3 hours and that was broken:eek:.....never mind!

WM is on. DW is on and the toilet cleaned. House is still generally clean and tidy, but does need a good going over, but cleaner is coming whilst we're away next week, so it will be done for when we get back. Seems silly her coming today when we wont be here to enjoy it and she said that would be best.

Today we must pack clothes, food, make sure we have vouchers we need for various places we may visit and print a couple of emails which have alot of information we need on them. There is a WM is the chalet, so we can take less clothes and just wash them if we want too.

Filled in most of the DLA forms last night but still have a couple of things to answer and OH needs to make a statement about how my disability effects me:confused:

Our friends are looking after the bearded dragons whilst we are away, so OH has to take them around in the morning and set it all up. They looked after them when we were away a few weeks back and all was fine. Bought 3 boxes of crickets and meal worms, so they will have enough food.

Have sent directions to my dad via email as where to meet them. They are staying for the first 2 nights which will be interesting:D Have asked them to meet us at Waitrose which is 3 miles awa from the park as we need to buy some fridge/veg/fruit for the week and have a ton of vouchers that need using. Have made a list and will probably stick to that. Have a lovely organic silverside beef joint in the freezer which we will take with us for Sunday lunch. Mum will be impressed with this as we always have dined out in posh restaurants or ordered expensive take-aways.

Anway, I have to go and get a cup of cha;)

    Breakie: Egg on toast
    Lunch: Chicken salad roll
Dinner: Shepards Pie & veg needing using up:p

Hugs to all who need them.

TickleMouse-I had a scary dream last night about your new venture and it involved blue wigs and clowns:eek:

Hello PP & all to follow whose catching up on some zzzzzzzzzzz,:D

Have a great time away PP, will miss you. Also hope your health is good. Why will it be interesting with your folks there or is it your IL's? :D
My neck is killing me today. Been using my wheat bag. I was going to mow the front yard this arv but it can wait for another day. Just been pottering around doing this & that. Nothing toooooo exciting.

Oh - something exciting did happen yesterday. When I went down to the ferry to catch it I saw two pods of dolphins playing right next to the jetty. Wish I had my camera on me. We are doing the footings for the house tomorrow. :j Everything has been organised so hope it will all go to plan.

    Catch you all later. Byeeeeeeeeeee
