    Another month rolls around....

I have decided to up our DD to £1300 from June. This means that we will automatically be overpaying £543.57/ month. To 'catch up' this month I've done a manual OP of £549.57 and our mtge is now on target to be repaid 04/2017 - 3 months shaved off by OPing another £50/mth. I'd still REALLY like to get this down to 07/2016 - which is still just under £11k off at the moment. It works out at roughly an additional £180/ mth on top of what we're already OPing! EEK!!:eek: I'd best get my bum into gear and start listing on ebay again!! :D:D I need to OP about another £625 to get another month off, so that's my first mini target - I shall aim to achieve that by the end of July.... fingers crossed!! lol!

Plumber is visting again tomorrow - we're also getting the downstairs loo done at the same time now - which means that the laminate flooring in there and the hall (it runs through) will need to be changed. We could get away with not doing it, but DH hates it with a vengeance, so it's a good time convenience wise to get it done, even if not finance wise!! Ah well... money comes in, money goes out. I just wish it didn't do the latter so quickly!!:rotfl::rotfl:

'Regular' OP of £543.57 went through with DD on the. ANother £50 Op-ed since then from cashback. I also have another £10 I can claim and some small change to bank - maybe another £30 altogether? And an NCT nearly new sale this weekend - would love £50 form that, too. And it's a free listing weekend on ebay... although I am manically busy I might try and get a dozen higher priced things on and then some 99p stuff on Monday.

I really haven't been paying attention to this recently and really need to shift it back up a gear or two... Mortgage balance today £83824.66 (approx!) and I want to get this to £83750 by month end or even lower...
