starting early arnt we lolThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0 -

I can only support traf's nomination with one of my own for Jules-2005! Various threads from several months ago, but all Pigsback.I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content, I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Heaven, Hell. Do you understand...FINALLY?0

I don't think there is a category for this, though I might be mistaken - I hope so. This is the nearest I could find.
Free banking 'will be axed'
May I say that the quality of debate recently on the above thread is absolutely superb. I could not imagine it being bettered, even in the prestigious letter columns of the Times or the Telegraph.
There are protagonists of diametrically opposite views of this situation but, bearing in mind the srong emotional feelings certain situations provoke, the argument, whilst extremely vigorous and at times hard-hitting, has not descended into insult and vulgarity. A tribute to the contributors.
I have just spent an hour reading through it again and it is truly magnificent stuff. It is an advertisement for the best aspects of MSE and deserves recognition. I hope you can find some way of doing so!

I would like to nominate Jules-2005 for this post:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=2572783&postcount=7
It is updated daily with all the current pigsback competitions and sign ups, and means that people do not have to go through the whole thread to find them.
Also Jules posts daily on the thread with answers, links and the completed crossword.

I nominate startrekker for his grabbit while you can £299 Acer laptop from Tesco.
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=225297
The number of people who have gone out and bought a laptop because of this thread is huge. The deal is still on but very few left.
Tesco Extra stores are offering this laptop £100 cheaper than Comet instore. It's even better than Dell's fantastic offers.
So thumbs up to Startrekker for one of the best deal I've seen since first Garmin I3 @ QuikSave deal early this year. (which is back on btw at Comet online for £99).0 -
I would also like to nominate startrekker for the same post. Brilliant find.0

I agree with Fishy. The DFW newbie community grows massively every day and many of the old hands and those of us who are really in for the long haul are feeling really jaded with it all. This post from Freebird65 has given us all some much needed inspiration when we're all a bit down in the dumps.Debt Free Nerd No. 89, LBM: April 2006, Debt at highest (Sept 05): £40,939.96
NOW TOTALLY DEBT FREE!!!!!!!! Woooo hooooooo!!! DEBT FREE DATE: 23 December 20090 -
Freebird65 for me too. Completely inspirational and a cracking sense of humour to go with it. What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160
