This is against the norm here but I really feel that MSE Andreas post regarding Martin's "A suicidal call is hard to ignore" blog discussion deserves the prize with the winnings perhaps going to charity (or to Gambler's Anon maybe?
)
Now he may have a dodgy haircut and be King of the Stripey Shirt but for those who haven't read it yet, this thread leads to a very powerful and emotional telephone call that Martin made to help a man who was contemplating suicide to end his debt hell. Unlike other experts or journalists out there who are simply interested in the story and not helping the person, Martin shows just what it was that drove him to setting up this website in the first place which has helped hundreds and probably thousands in the last few years.
Thank you Martin.

PS. Now about the hair...."One hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, how big my house was, or what kind of car I drove. But the world may be a little better, because I was important in the life of a child."0 -
