well i have been wearing my pedometer every day since i dug it out ... i think it is psychologically messing with my head ... i keep looking at it ...(kinda like i hear some people keep standing on weighing scales to see if they have lost anymore) ... and i have just walked round my living room for the last thirty minutes to try and get my steps up for the day ... this is a good thing in that i will be excercising more .. but come one its saturday night pan's labyrinth is on the t.v and i am walking around like a lion in a cage ... that cant be good ... even worse than that i have started a spread sheet counting how many steps i am taking a day ...

all of this in aid of doing this walk ... ok i need to loose weight and get fit too ... but i dont want it to get to the time to do this walk and i am not ready ... and being fit is a big part of it for me ...
