I had a phone call when I ordered a week ago - but that was because HSBC were having issues with student switch cards - no matter where you used it online it was being rejected.. it's fixed now tho.

Interesting, because my card was Switch and HSBC (but not a student one) and failed yesterday and on the first attempt today, but luckily happily went through on the third try. Perhaps the systems are just too busy to cope ???

Ordered file dividers yesterday afternoon for 94p and at 7.45am this mornig they were delivered, complete with LOVELY picnic set!!!!! Not only that but the dividers I had ordered were discomtinued so they've replaced them some that are better quality!!!!

got my picnic bag today, well impressed by it.... i had also ordered something to get the luggage set 2 weeks ago but was on hols when they tried to deliver... phoned them and waiting for 2nd delivery....2 nice freebies for a ruler and a glue stick....my 2yr old daughter is more impressed with the glue tho...
