    Do you get an email confirming your order? I thought I had, but when I log in to my account, it says I have no recent orders!

    Took our picnic cooler bag for a test drive at the anti war demo in London yesterday. It worked a treat, the food was cool and the water even cooler, not only did myself and my Children enjoy the cool drinks but a few of our fellow protesters did as well. Many thanks OP.

    I ordered a ruler and got the picnic set free as per instructions above. my total came to arround £3 and this was stated on screen. However I just checked my balance and Neat Ideas have charged me £17.85. I phoned to check and they said that it was a carrage charge for delivering to Northern Ireland. But when I ordered this it was not stated that this charge would be added. The aggreed to refund £15 on this occasion but to remember that all deliveries to NI would carry this charge in the future (which is fair enough if they tell people about it at the time of placing the order)

    I'll have to check that they credit my account!!

    Hope this helps some people who are not from the mainland to make up thier minds before they place an order with Neat Ideas!!

    I followed instructions and confirmed free gift and was only sent the ruler I ordered (now very expensive!) and a "free" catalogue. Not impressed.

    I recieved my storage boxes that I ordered, with a free catalogue, no glue stick (out of stock - to follow) and no picnic set, no mention of it either, dont know whether the picnic set will arrive with the gluestick, or not...The boxes are good quality, just what I needed, but I was really looking forward to receiving the picnic set, booo hooo, I hope it arrives x anyone else in the same boat?

    i recieved mine a few days ago but i ordered as soon as i saw the op. perhaps they have run out? if you do manage to get one they are excellent my oh very impressed with the ruler than the picnic set though!

    I received my picnic set along with my ruler. it is a lovely set with napkins and corkscrew! I am very impressed! :beer:
