I called customer enquiries and they fobbed me off saying I got the code wrong. I entere the P46 part of the code but they said I did not. Not impressed. Maybe they have run out and are trying to deflect this. Being accused of entering data incorrectly when I did not really annoyed me. No more business from me for this company. Shame as I was trying them out to see how good they were.

  • Well, I'll let u know if it arrives..........then we'll know if Ive been fobbed off......they definitely said they would send it, Why dont you call them back Eyesparky?, they should still send it to you, I ordered 10 quids worth, so I wouldve had harsh words for them if they had not. They can clearly see that you attempted to redeem the offer, go on...be brave, there's a lovely picnic set in it for you if you do, then dont deal with them again. xxxx good luck xx

I received the picnic free gift the next day, but not the item I ordered.
I had to call and have the item re-ordered. Maybe I should of cancelled it. They couldn't ask for their free gift back, or could they.

Tried twice and with best smiling voice on too! I am sure you will get it if they said you will ... I just seem to hit a blank wall. Hope you have plenty of fun picnics with yours. Cheers.

  • Im really surprised that they arent going to honour yours though if they can see you attempted to redeem it, error or not...Ask to speak to the manager and tell them that this offer is what inspired you to buy from them, Ask them if, as a goodwill gesture under these circumstances, they will honour this. Whats another picnic set to them in the grand scale of things...Go for it, 3rd time lucky, if only to get peace from you, they might send it, worth another go, Go eyesparky, you got the support of all of us MSE'rs xxxx:money: :money:

thanks op, I ordered a glue stick and the picnic hamper yesterday and it arrived this morning - I couldn't believe how fast it was, the irony of it is that the glue stick is out of stock so I haven't been charged anything yet they still sent the hamper!!!!! :j :j :j

Well i ordered my gluestick and gift on August 1st and it never arrived. I emailed them twice and they didn't reply so last night I called them. They have no record of my order even though it shows up in my order history! CS told me to re-order which I have just done. I hope that they still have some of the hampers left :)

Received only the DVD-RW I ordered. Phoned up & they said that code isn't valid on website orders (a lie I suspect), but are now sending me. The only annoying thing is a bought exactly the same set at the weekend for £12.99, so I may return it, or give this one as a present.
    Thanks to the OP.
