Got my invoice today (I am a business customer) and they had charged me an extra £1.00 for a customer info pack that wasn't even in the parcel! Called them and they are crediting account but just wanted to warn anyone who has ordered goods on account to check the invoice for this. Apparently even if the pack was in the parcel it shouldn't have been charged for.

My picnic set was waiting for me in the garage when I got home this evening - it is lovely, thanks very much JakeJakeJake - and to think that I nearly did not try to order as I thought I had come in on the thread much too late to get one.

The glue stick supplied was an actual Pritt stick rather than their own make one - I suppose it is cheaper to send the brand name one with the picnic set rather than post a cheaper one out later, after their surprising :shocked: run on glue sticks.

Very pleased, very impressed - lovely company to deal with too.

Im really surprised that they didnt offer you an alternative gift, call them back and explain that this offer is what swayed your decision to order from them, as a goodwill gesture they should have sent you an alternative. It seems alot of people made orders but didnt get their set for one reason or another

Used the correct Gift code so can't understand it..

I got the cool bag as well. Phoned up and said that the invoice said that the picnic set would be sent seperately, but that there wasn't anywhere to put it in this grey bag.
Was told that the picnic sets had run out and these were being sent instead.
Said that I had said when ordering yesterday that I was only doing it because of picnic set, and that in that case I wanted my order collected, as I didn't want it (had ordered CD's for £5.98)
Was told that refund would be made (including p+p) but that collection a problem so "please accept the items with our compliments" and apologies for mix up as I should have been told when ordering.
Definitely worth phoning if you have been sent the wrong freebie, all agents seem to be very nice.

I must admit the service was excellent for me - Told the guy I had the wrong item and explained I already have a cool bag and the only reason I ordered with them was the picnic set and he just said - ok I understand - keep it with our compliments and will refund the £6 - Result!

Great company for me - will order from them again I am sure.
