Depending on what time you orderd it should be next day - but if you didn't get it today it will be with you tomorow or there is a problem and you should contact them!

It's supposed to be next day delivery. I ordered yesterday too and mine came this morning.

My first order didn't turn up (and neither was I charged for it) so I reordered and my second order is now here.

Am so annoyed. They charged my card on Monday and it hasn't arrived yet.
They didn't even send me a confirmation email for the order.

Neat-Ideas don't send out confirmation emails out.

If you havn't received it by tomorrow i would contact CS.

There is a message on my answerphone at work this morning from Michael in Neat Ideas order release department asking me to phone him about my order!!! Has anyone else had this type of call?? I suppose I will have to ring back but I would like to be as forewarned as possible if this has happened to anyone else.

I also went home last night to 2 messages on the answer machine from Neat Ideas asking me to call.

When I did, they told me that they would only ship to the billing address (I had used a different delivery address). When I confirmed that they could deliver to the card address, he said that they would process the order straight away (this was at 6pm). A big box was delivered this morning at 8.20. Thanks to the OP

Just placed an order worth 94p and the code went through fine with it so it seems its still working after all our orders. I have seen though that they are now offering a free coolbag on orders over £80, I reckon we got the better deal!!!

Thanks Cagan - your message gave me hope it was a technical problem ...

... so, plucked up courage and phoned. It was a problem with the card number, so I read out all my figures again in case they had a mistake (deffo not my typing as I always double check card figures before confirming) and she said she will put it through straight away and get back to me immediately if any problems.

Was expecting N-th degree about how come I was ordering just a glue stick etc etc and expecting a free picnic set in return, but she was lovely. Phew!

Thank you JakeJakeJake (work won't let me push the Thanks button due to security, but I will do it when at home)

Just had call - card gone through now and goods should be with me tomorrow. I am very impressed, and hope to be more so tomorrow!!
