Fatality on train route last night - can I reasonably expect a refund for taxi fare?

    There is also one major presumption that has been made in this topic, probably correct but not stated anywhere, who said it was a jumper or a suicide, the op described it as a "fatality"?

    Not really much difference, since if it was a trespasser, they shouldn't have been there, and evolution has done its job. And since most accidents can be avoided if people would pay attention to the environment around them, I'd be very surprised if the fatality didn't involve a suicide, trespasser or muppet. Either way, they still get very little sympathy from me. My sympathy is reserved for the other people who get dragged into the situation through no fault of their own.
