Fatality on train route last night - can I reasonably expect a refund for taxi fare?

Not really much difference, since if it was a trespasser, they shouldn't have been there, and evolution has done its job. And since most accidents can be avoided if people would pay attention to the environment around them, I'd be very surprised if the fatality didn't involve a suicide, trespasser or muppet.
