easyMobile: SIM plus credit offers (merged)

Well I'm not sure what's going on. My sim credit reached just over £3 (in credit) so I decided to cancel it so I didn't accidentally go overdrawn. I couldn't cancel without putting my bank details in, which I wasn't happy about, and as soon as I cancelled, my balance went down to zero.
Which is fair enough - I haven't put any money on it, however, I then received a warning e-mail stating that my account was now in negative balance of -£0.00 and that if I didn't top it up in 3 days, I would be charged a fee.
Apart from anything else, I think it's a bit off that a zero balance is "negative" to them. 0 -
Can somebody confirm to me that in order to get my £20 from Quidco I must top up with an additional £1 credit on top of the £12 credit I get free with the sim-only offer?0

My £20 showed up very quickly - before I'd done anything else0

Yes, I want to know this answer too. I activated the sim card. Do I have to top up in order to get the £20 from Quidco?0 -

QUIDCO SAY: ***You must register and place credit on your SIM***
I ordered a SIM and registered it and got the transaction tracked. I had better put £1 on to make sure that the £20 is validated by easyMobile.
Dont forget that when you put a £1 credit on the SIM they get your bank details. Therefore before you get to £0 you should cancel or they will gobble £5 from your bank account.
I think thats right!.0
