That's madness!! Think I'd better go have a look at the T&C's myself.

I asked online at the chat section to have this removed , she said it was done there & then but I didn't get an e-mail asking me did I want it . Has anyone else cancelled via the chat line & had , or not for that matter , an

I'm going to e-mail them or better still go online chat & get verification . For such an easy Sim the complications involved in this deal are ridiculous

I've just been talking to a girl on the chat line , mine was cancelled a few weeks back but she stated that no e-mails are sent asking for verification

OK, spend the £1 (of your own money) then they don't have to bank transfer/ cheque any money to you so you don't have to pay the £5? They will not refund free credit..

    Is this correct?

When can you cancel and still get quidco £20?

Bearing in mind free credit runs out end of sept.. and I've complied with the quidco rules (topped up with £1 and activated sim)...

    Any help would be aprreciated
  • Just found this thread and now I'm wondering??

    Hi all,

I'm sorry if these questions have been asked already, but I have just received 2 easy mobile nokia phones which i am keeping to give to my 10 year old twins boys for their birthday in 2 weeks, am I going to run into problems with easy mobile to do with top-ups?? we won't be spending much on these phones??
also ordered 3 easy sims with the free £20 for £1 offer.. I didnt see any where about them being able to take money from my account?? Have I been blind!!

please let me know and if there are likley to be problems how I can sort ti without it costing me money.

    Thanks

Well i asked for my Overdraft to be cancelled on there webform and someone did send me a reponse asking me to confirm and i must of obviously forgot to reply but like Tallyho says i shouldnt have been asked.

But even if it is applied i am still liable , which i dont think is fair.

Tallyho , did you use the webchat as everytime i keep uing it its just goes on a blank grey screen and saying java error or something to that effect.

Rogerb , you say you would get charged £5 if they freeze youre account if you are overdrawn for more then a few days , well i got the charge applied all in one day of going overdrawn ...no warning nothing!

I was trying to use all my credit down to £5 so i could cancel and i did ask for updates of balance by tex but it telling me i had £10.00* etc .... had some weird simble on next to my current balance think it was a pound sign backwards and i never knew this meant i was in negative credit.
