Katsu, that does indeed sound like a pretty rubbish day, no wonder you are feeling down.

Not sure what to say really, because I'm not sure you SHOULD compromise who you are to fit in with someone else's view of how you should act.

Her criticism sounds a bit vague and general to be honest. Could you ask for very specific examples, so you can think about whether you could have been more concise, or whether she is just blinkered and can only see her way of doing things?
