the start and finish is on king's parade by the Liverpool Arena which is on the waterfront next to the albert dock. If you are not familiar with the area please follow the Brown Tourist signs into the city centre from any direction.

The nearest train station to the start is James Street on the Liverpool Underground which is a short walk to the start area. The nearest main line station is lime street from where you can access the Underground.

Me an Nats are going to try and do the race in 2 hours 30 mins....so if you want to come along we hope to finish about 12 noon....let me know what you are doing. I will give you DD2's mobile number you could give her a call...

HOW does she know that people don't respect and listen to you? Has each and every single person told her so? I'd ask for proof cos this smacks of workplace bullying....

I thought this for a long time, but actually it was the company that wasn't the right fit for me.....

You may be senior one day but somewhere else....never undermine yourself...
