fry the onions, add the stock, lamb, tin of chopped corned beef, tinned tomatoes and any spices that you have and simmer for a while, add the rice and occasionally stir until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.
shrooms can be added near the end of cooking so they don't all go slimy.
    season, remove bones & serve!

you can add frozen peas and small cubes of potato too if you like! :D

Trying to look at the house I grew up in back home M5J 1Y9....I have issues with Flash actually Squizz so it could be that....

Ok Claire-PM me your details and I will put some info in the post to you-you need to sign a few forms as well...

Just had a look and there's no Street View there yet I'm afraid which is why the little man keeps jumping back.

I've been having a look at my mum's house, you can see one of her chilli plants in the window :D

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • Lol! Thanks Squizz.

Claire-you dont need to do any exercise to start-obviously, once you have lost the weight, you need to keep active, under dr supervision of course...
