It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Just had a look and there's no Street View there yet I'm afraid which is why the little man keeps jumping back.

I've been having a look at my mum's house, you can see one of her chilli plants in the window :D

My son is in our drive on his bike looking straight at the camera!

You can't get close enough to our flat but Mum's car is outside the house they used to live in in Shropshire and outside the one they live in now near Basingstoke...

hi all - just been catching up.

Fighting off a cold. I refuse to get it and am taking paracetamol and ibuprofen to keep the headache/aching feeling away, hopefully should be able to keep it at bay.

claire - I would guess a pint of stock. You can always add a bit more at the end of any soup if it is too thick.

Pooped after class last night, but soooooooooooooooo glad I'm finished teaching now until June.

Hair cut at 6 at the salon here at work. Keep getting emails to say loads of bras etc have been posted to me (from my little mad buying spree the other day!) so hoping to have a few parcels onthe doorstep. I hate the sending back bit but I'll just keep 1 or 2 and send the rest back.

    Back to work for me.............

either, it'll be easier to keep an eye on it on the stove with the rice, you may find you need to keep topping up the liquid a little. You wouldn't need as much stock in the slow cooker, I don't know how long rice takes in the slow cooker! Anyone?
