Right, scabby sea turtle mixture finished.
I ended up using:
3 large baking potatoes
2 spring onions snipped & sauteed
a handful of chestnut mushrooms, chopped & sauteed
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon light Philadelphia
2 portions of boil in the bag cod in butter sauce - defrosted and added to mixture
hand full of cheddar cheese
black pepper

Honestly, it makes me so so SOOOO happy that things finally seem to be getting sorted-I know it doesnt even come close to having DH well but at least you dont have to live on chick peas and brussel sprouts forever....Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
