yes i have rice Linda, whats byriani?

fry the onions, add the stock, lamb, tin of chopped corned beef, tinned tomatoes and any spices that you have and simmer for a while, add the rice and occasionally stir until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.
shrooms can be added near the end of cooking so they don't all go slimy.
    season, remove bones & serve!

you can add frozen peas and small cubes of potato too if you like! :D

    Claire, i'd use this recipe - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/spicedlambbiryani_88839.shtml
with whatever spices you have, ship the meat part, but for the last 5mins of cooking, add the shredded lamb meat to heat through.

Bunny probably by this time tomorrow she will be feeling 100% and if she is I would let her go. DS3 had a violent V bug on Friday night and by Saturday evening was much better although he was being sick up until Saturday lunchtime. xx
