It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Argh, car has gone back to the garage again. He says, I've had it three months and have ruined clutch, I say it was screwed before I got it and I've only driven it for about seven weeks (due to snow/holidays/sickness). Do you think I can complain?

  • You could do any of them Claire. SS+ is 3 meal packs a day and one 'white and green' meal. (white protien like chicken/fish/quorn/cottage cheese) and a green veg ie broccoli/cabbage/cucumber) You cannot have the bars until you have been on plan 2 weeks...
