  • Hi. I've had many a Dominoes in the past and always freeze the unwanted slices. They heat up really well (from frozen). The only problem I ever had was not cooking enough lol!!

We often keep them in fridge for couple of days. We drizzle with oil and they reheat fine.

  • I've frozen and reheated before on a number of occasions and suffered no ill effects and the pizza was still yummy, to be honest I've frozen most takeaways, such as doner kebab meat and again it was fine!! Might be a bit risky with that one though, but can't face throwing food away! Lol

Before we moved to the middle of nowhere, meaning nowhere near a Domino's (boo hoo...), we used just to leave them in the boxes and have them the next day, heated up in the microwave. They need to be eaten with a knife and fork though, as they stop being as crispy. Mmmmm, pizza...
  • I have been known to do the BOGOF on a Collection on a Tuesday night... I freeze the spare pizza!

Maybe it's not a crispy when microwaved... but it sure is yummy :D
We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!

  • Bought 3 different cartons which I opened on Friday night to make cocktails

5 days later and they really need using up but was wondering if it would be okay to freeze the cartons?

    Anyone know?

fruit juice never lasts very long in this house, but i'd imagine if you froze it in maybe empty milk containers ( not filled all way to top so there is room to expend) instead of the cardboardy type juice comes in it should be fine.

i have before filled ice lolly molds with fruit juice and frozen them and htey have turned out fantastic. the kids loved them.

ANything can be frozen, but it is what it is like when it is defrosted.

You can freeze juice as long as, as another poster said, you leave room for it to expand. However, if they've been open since Friday they are on the cusp of being no good anyway...3 days is the recommended amount of time to keep them, and they will prob stretch to 5 days OK. I wd still freeze them and use them the day I defrosted them, and I'd think they'd be fine, but from a strict food hygiene perspective it's a no-no.

of freeze it in ice cube trays , so when you want to make smooties you only need to use a many or as little as you need at one time.
