    Hi there

    I'm looking for some advice.

I contacted my adjudicator today to check if there was any update with my case against mis-sold ppi Lloyds and was advised that my claim had been passed onto another team due to an offer having been made?? Is this normal?? I haven't heard anything from this other team and find it a bit strange that they haven't called me.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

    Hi there

I think this have been done, as the FOS have had a workload/backlog, so I assume the whoever is dealing with your case now will be the ones to get in touch with you by letter.;)

    Well done.

well still not heard anything emailed adjuicator no reply but sure its because they are so busy its just a waiting game eh

Generally they are very busy and e-mailing them may slow things down further. If you are going to contact them, it is more tactful to ask if they were waiting for anything from you.

    Hi Sue

I would ring them as a quicker method, it could have been sent out in error, I do hope they get back to you soon by email, but it is known they have backlogs of emails to get through and it may take some time before you get a response.
Hopefully though they will get back, but if your hubby rang them to explain, they should check this out.
    Good luck.;)
