they say tey just want too dicuss the complaint with him
Hi Sue
You do not have to discuss anything with them on the telephone, you could write a quick letter and tell them you only require any correspondence in writing.
Its up to you of course, but at least this way by writing and by them keeping it in writing you have written evidence in case you requires these later on, for instance if your not happy with the decision you can then complain to the FOS where you enclose copies of all correspondence received.
Hope this helps, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Sue
We have had the Credit Card PPI claims resolved through the FOS, and luckily so far 3 loan ppi upheld direct with LLoyds, which was not that long ago.
The FOS are right though - Lloyds are quite difficult to deal with, and its like trying to get blood out of a stone with them, such as detailed written breakdown of how they calculated the refund, somehow they don't like giving them!!
Good luck with this, I'm sure all will be okay.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Sue, I do hope this is resolved soon.
We have had a few successes recently with these after going on at them, but have also been waiting for another 2 agreements, I am going to chase them up again if nothing comes by tomorrow, and also email the Chief Exective officer (CEO) to make him aware as well what is what, this may shift them.
If you want to contact the CEO Sue, the details are:

Fingers crossed for you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
