    hi still not heard anything from either lloyds or the fos how long do i give them :o

    Hi Sue

    Give LLoyds a telephone call to chase them up on this.

    In regards of LLoyds, this may take some time.

    Although normally it takes approx 2 maybe 3 weeks before they send you a confirmation letter after you first complain to them.

    You could also ring the FOS to check on your case if you want to.

    hi had email from the adjuicator they too are waiting for paperwork from tsb but have given them a date on which they must reply said it could be a while but at least we no whats going on still dont no what will happen if tsb dont find the copy dont no of any other way hubby can prove he had it

    no andrew hubby cancelled the ppi on this account a few yr s back and the only proof we have is on the agreement but lloyds just say they are trying too locate it the account is still open

    hi update been on hols and got an message on the answer phone too ring them hubby a bit worried as i have done all the dealing with this claim although ive kept him upto date but he will have too speak to them any ideas what they will ask him

    Did they actually say on the message what the call was about?

    I am not too sure why they would call, but if its an offer, and your not sure what to say, then tell them you would like it in writing and time to consider, good luck.
