    Hope you hear soon, they should get back to you by 12 days of them receiving your request, (some go by the date of the letter, or from when they receive the request).;)

    hi recieved a letter today it is now in the hands off the adjudicator and they too have wrote too tsb for information on the ppi i have email them to tell them i tooo have wrote and too let them know i will forward it to them when i get its just a waiting game now god knows how long it will take but will keep you all updated on what goes on

    well still not heard anything from lloyds sent my £1 on the 6th amd still nothing gonna give them till the wed but the adjuicator as aslo sent too lloyds for the same :o

    well had a letter bk fro lloyds dont nowhere too begin they are endeavouring to locate a copy of the agreement and u der section 78 there is no requirment im confused

    Sue, my hubby received a 2000 agreement within his SAR from LLoyds.

    I would maybe ring the actual data dept yourself to double check on this, in case they do still hold the details, here:
    LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC
    DSAR TEAM
    CUSTOMER SERVICES
    RECOVERY TEAM
    CHARLTON PLACE C57
    ANDOVER
    HAMPSHIRE
    SP10 1RE

    I think its worth another try myself.

    When I requested a SAR with LLoyds, I found it strange that my hubby received details that I did not and all of our loans have been joint.
