just called them and they said that no order was ever placed for me even though i have emails and an order number, oh well it was worth a go and well done to the people who got their jeans

well i aint got any yet either and I ordered some to two differetn addresses.

This is a no go I reckon...move along now, nothing to see here...

well I just got a "we've cancelled it" email from them - even though I ordered within 20 minutes of the original post and they have debited my CC!

My order still hasn't appeared in my on line account even though they have stopped the money from debit card. Sent them an email and was told that my order would be processed in the next 24 hours.

Just have to wait and see.

Exactly the same here, quoting points 2 and 7 from their Ts and Cs. I had my original confirmation email from them at 23:22 on the 25th too... and the 10% off code I used seemed to have worked (10p jeans on my account!). :mad:

if they had already debited your credit card then by law they are deemed to have accepted the order and must provide you with the goods at the price they debited from your card.

My order was due to be delivered by today (4 pairs). I phoned them just now (using the freephone number, of course). She said they are out of stock - surprise, surprise. They are getting more stock on the 27th February and I will definitely be getting them then. I won't hold my breath waiting, as somehow, I don't quite believe them.

I have!! Told them they'd formed a contract by debiting payment and any terms or conditions they may quote cannot override the Sale of Goods Act. Told them if they didn't supply as contracted I'd be submitting a claim for what is "commonly known as Loss of Bargain" together with associated costs via the Small Claims.

What bugs me even more is that up till today, my account page on the website had been showing the order as "despatched"!! Now just states "delivery within 5 working days".

I'd been singing their praises too for not wriggling out of it :mad: only where they'd run out of stock.....grrrrrrrrr!
