just had another look and mr divadees and brothers orders have been cancelled gonna call em now. :mad:0

I ordered them on Tuesday 26th and I have just checked my order status. They have all been cancelled but they have not refunded my debit card. I've sent them a snotty email. I reckon that everyone who ordered on the 25th were the lucky ones. Good on ya!!!!Onwards and Upwards0

Hmm. I've just looked at my account, and there's nothing there at all. I've had the two e-mails confirming the order, but nothing is showing online. Although it said I should try again later when I tried to check the statement.
So do you think that means its been cancelled then, or its already been dispatched and so removed off the outstanding orders?
I ordered on the 25th and got second confirmation at 11.19 pm.0 -
I ordered a few pairs of these but wasnt sure if the order had gone through.
After emailing Additions they said they havent received my order. Shame because I was hoping to flog them at a fiver each!0 -

did you check under view orders stumpy? thats where mine showed up nothing showed up under the statement0 -

Yes - nothing showed up at all under view orders. And when I tried to get into the statement it said to try again later. I'll be a bit miffed if they say they haven't got the order - as I have two e-mails from them confirming it.0 -
A few of my pairs say delivery within 5 working days and the other few don't have any info at the moment. I already had an additions account with them - have the people whose orders got cancelled got accounts or paid by card as a one off - that might be the difference where some are getting them and some aren't? I'm still hoping I get mine.0

Looks like the same has happened to my order, magicly disapeared, i ordered at Wed, 26 Jan 2005 08:37:25. It would have been nice to atleast get an email saying its been canceled lol.

Just checked my order status & it now shows as cancelled. Again it would have been nice to have an email stating that order was cancelled just have to check credit card statement now to see if they charged it.0

My first post here, but been a lurker for some time, finally made the effort to reg on yet another forum
I like many others ordered some jeans from Additions and having spent the best part of 30 mins with CS reading me T&C's felt it was about time I had my gripe.
My order consisted of other items aswell to the value of £150.00
Yesterday evening I was told that the jeans had become out of stock (not surprising) But as soon as they took delivery of new stock, so would I.
Today like many others I called to complain when I noticed all the jeans on my account had been cancelled, I firstly was told they were not getting anymore stock in, but later in the phone call told that it was because there had been an error in pricing.
Quoting the T&C's the lady said that they are fully entitled to cancel orders once they notice the error. It seems to me that they have made a rod for their own back here, by sending out some orders and not others.
(1 rule for 1 scenario)
I have taken this up with watchdog and I suggest others do the same.
I am happy for others that have received their orders but feel this double standard tactics should come to light with people who have some clout.
Here's hoping
