Quite a productive day for me really. Run, showered, hovered, stripped/remade bed, worked and went to the post office. Now I need to get applying for more jobs. However I have been called for an interview :T Lots of postives at the moment, only one or two cons, thats if I am even offered it. Need to try and change it though because its 10.30am in town and I need to be at work for 12noon :o I shall phone them in the morning :D

Bottom line is, any 'diet' will work, but for most people, Cambridge works for them because it is fast, effective and tested so thoroughly. It is a complete diet so takes a lot of decision out of the hands of the 'dieter'

well, glad today is over. Horrible morning. The team for my morning job is so depleted (3 on long term sick, 1 using up holiday all week, 1 on a course) that the team is .........me........and I am being pulled from pillar to post. I want out of my morning job as I've outgrown it since starting and re-building my life 2 years ago, but I want out even more.

Last teacher training class. Bit of a damp squib really as I've spent over a year studying and because the presentations over-ran there was no wrap up of any kind. Shame really but once it has been moderated and I get my certificate (probably in the summer) I can apply for professional status.

Got a few bits of paperwork to sort this evening for tomorrow night so better get on with that really.

Good luck for the interview Pap - do I take it that the interview is in the 'other' part of town?

So, can someone with such a high BMI do it less hard core, with some real food too? Or does it have to be full on all meal replacement stuff? Sorry for the q's, I don't really know anything about it.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Yes I applied for Greggs, the one down the docks. However I have an interview for one on Clifton Triangle in town. I first thought that it maybe just where they are conducting the interview. However researching on the website there is the same position avalible there :( I will still go and hope I get it but it will mean either £75 a month or £19 a week travel and I will be on slightly less money anyways. So thats an extra £30+ a month I will need to find :o Its min 16 hours too, it needs to be at least 20 which I am on now, I will still go though, you never know...
