Spud - your DS sounds just like mine....he's lost front door keys, school jumpers, memory sticks, whole PE kits, homework diaries (perhaps these are on purpose?), pencil cases, geometry sets, school text books....the list could go on. He is THE most frustrating child and doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes either.

Luc-that is a BMI of 23.5 (approx) and basically, in an ideal weight BMI range, well, 20-25 is. They could do the 1000,1200 or 1500 calorie program (Steps 3,4 and 5) if they wanted, that is a mixture od 2 CM a day (CM=cambridge meals) and low GI, low fat food.

How about a BMI of well over 35?

Salmon and healthy chips in the oven. Had my hair cut and it's fab but I don't like the fringe, it's a half one and I wanted it all sloped but it's a bit blocky. But I can't complain for £3, especially when the teacher did most of it. I need to dye it again soon though cos my gray's looking bad again! And they somehow managed to fix sister's DIY botch job.

Bunny, I'm really sorry you're feeling so down, your MIL sounds like my mum, she holds onto a grudge like a drowning man clings to a lifebelt. It's really clever really - they can claim they don't want to worry us, when actually it hurts a hell of a lot more than a stand up row. Please don't let it worry you about Florida, remember you wont be on your own there you'll have your mum and friends there.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Ames,
With a BMI over 35, they could do Sole Source (how many CM depends on height as well) but you have to get Dr permission if on medication as the rapid reduction in weight can mean needing to look at medications frequently and there are some contraindications.
