She is ok, has been moved to the trauma unit and apparently the cut on her eye will leave a scar but the way it was cut it wont be that noticable. She will be having an operation this week to sork out her shoulder I think anbd she is still on oxygen.

I am feeling very virtuous. Haven't started the CD (as I haven't got round to reading the booklet
) but had healthy cereals for breakfast, salad for lunch and pasta in a tomato and veg sauce for dinner (ate early so I could eat with the kids...hoping I don't end up wanting to snack later because it was TOO early...might have an early night!). I know I haven't drunk enough though, so will make sure I have a couple of large glasses of water this evening.
And no chocolate!
Wouldn't have thought of you as the right demographic for CD - don't you have to have a certain BMI?
[STRIKE]Good luck with it though x[/STRIKE]Entschuldige - viel Glueck!!!:rotfl:26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Feeling good other than headachy/sore throat thanks Bun. Kids are cold-y too but we aren't as ill as you sound - poor you. Get the kids to bed early and get under a banket and watch some cheesy TV or something."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Vielen dank meine freunde!
Yes you do...and sadly, I fit the criteria. I am not doing the version that Pap/Maz and a few others have done though, I am doing a higher programme so I can run the longer distances without any worries."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
