He just got really tearful actually. His problems get him down, and he said he gets sick of it. I explained that he's doing really well, far better than I expected him to but he's sad

I was trying to suggest something to help spud, then realised i cant remember what I was thinking! I know I havea book with a list of what I need to do and remember everyday, and have a list running of what I need in my uni bag everyday too.

Spud - like Elfen I was thinking could he have some sort of tick list that he does himself. Perhaps you and he put it together, but his responsiblity to check daily and make sure he has things and also take a tick list to ensure that he is bringing things home or going somewhere. He'll get there
