I've been sat here parping all afternoon. Luckily they're silent, and they don't smell....that or I've become attuned to the stench and block it out.

Tempted to go to Sainsbugs and get the bits I need for my gym bag....and go past the big bottles of water and pick one up...or a water bottle (the gym type) and fill it full of my yumminess...But if I go, there's the risk of buying chocolate.
