How has it been manic Sammy?
I had three appointments booked and I had to rearrange one from last week. I told the administrator who changed it for me that I could do any day this week cept Monday, so she booked it for Monday. So I rearranged my day totally, the client was late (but lovely) and then work nobbled me to go through some stuff for a client that had to be discussed with senior partner (who was out walking his ******* dogs!) so rather than wait around I ran home to get my dinner and sort more work out and then ran back. It took senior partner that long to get off his backside and come down that it clashed with another appointment of his and he said 'we will continue this conversation after my meeting'. Couldn't cos I had a meeting. So I ran home did the post office, banking Asda, picked Chloe up, made tea, put chloe to bed......farmed....sat down with glass of wine....phew...and senior partner wants notes on his desk by first thing in the morning.....grrrQuality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Ames,
to answer your question, yes. Any of the steps can be followed by someone of that BMI. It may be a slightly less speedy weight reduction and without the benefit of being in ketosis. Although, I go into ketosis on a 1200 cal diet.
Not supposed to do ketogentic diets with hypothyrodism though apparently as the liver doesnt function as well. Hence why I am such a cheap date as wellEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
