did beef grillsteaks steamed potatoes, peas sweetcorn and mushrooms for tea

Actually I am begining to feel a lot better, the hot water bottle did the world of good, and I have been having windeze after every meal. I am wondering if there is some kind of bug going round cos you all seem to having the same symptoms i did last week....

afternoon...am home but got soaked in the pouring rain grrrrrr
Think this afternoon is going to be a very lazy one, B can watch a film and I can crack on with horrid jobs like Ironing, hoovering and I must sort out the rest of my clothes draw so I can stick things I don't want on ebay

not used it yet beanie. Been doing SW with just tiny portions for dinner. Just done my salad for lunch tomorrow......I could have sworn I put 2 packets of sliced chicken on my online order but they aren't in the fridge!!
