not sure how I'm going to get on with today's list.. the entire study is a dumping ground and I can literally barely get in the door - how do I tackle it?? 5 mins at a time? any hints gratefully received :o

Do as AnW says. Plus I'll be doing a few HHC today. My dining room/study is in a hell of a state as well. We can do it togther if you want.

Ok so I've managed to do a 'TAG Special':o

The mop has gone up the Dyson so now I have to wait a bit for the belt to cool down. Otherwise I shall have to scrabble over lord knows what in the garage to get the belt off the old, but much nicer one! Plus I'm not keen on being watched by our resident garage mouse. Who's been called Mickey by the way. How original!!

And I've mopped the kitchen floor, getting myself a star in the process.:j But I've left all the cleaning stuff in the kitchen...again!! Doh !!

Other than that the kitchen has been S & S. DS toilet has been mopped. Washing taken upstairs and more brought down. Oh how rare! LR floor cleared. Pc desk has been cleared contents of which have been dumped on the dining table. That's it I think!:D

Oh dear - on my day off and still not dressed. However, in my defence I have been reading on how DD is getting on in Beijing - she is having a great time and thoroughly enjoying being a tourist.:T

Right - now to get dressed and start flying.... see you later.

Well, don't let anyone else know but - I'm not a fan of Johnny Depp and Tim Burton films generally leave me cold - but I enjoyed this film. The 3D works very well, especially if you are as near the centre of the cinema as possible, it is definitely worth the extra.

I'm usually a terrible fidget and get bored with films, but this held my attention throughout.

Am now developing a long and expensive list of other 3D movies to see in the future!

Thanks for that - I don't like either of them either and fidget too so I'll let you know how I get on.

    Morning all

Really not getting much flying done at the moment.

I'm off to town/bank/library in a bit on my bike (I'll try not to do a PenPen :p - has your bruising gone now?)

    Later I need to:

    Put stuff in the loft
    Financial stuff
    clean the bathroom
    cook the chicken

    AnW'sMum
    - hope all goes well

Just a quick flylady poll - which lawnmower do you have and is it good?

We have an old petrol one which is a bit big and a bit heavy so I need to get a new one - don't want petrol, don't trust electric leads so looking at a traditional push one or a battery.

It's grey, wet and misrable here today. Hope it's better where you are.
I got up this morning to a livingroom that looks like steptoes back yard:mad:. There are shoes, clothes, sylvanian families, colouring pens and goodness only knows what else. So I'll need to clear that before I can start on my list.

I'm with Valli don't know who stole hours off me this week I'm still on Tuesday I think!

Notso I always ask my family not to buy my kids easter eggs as they get far too many and I end up making crispy cakes with them. So now they just get a book or the price of the egg for their bank. The kids like getting the money even if it's only 1 or 2 pounds and they can put it to a new PS game or toys or whatever.
After watching panorama(sp) last night I could ban chocolate from the house between child labour and palm oil.

    Hi all

didn't manage to get on yesterday as was out after work at my course. I told my boss and everyone at work yesterday and everyone was lovely - so happy for me! I feel very relieved and happy that they all know. My boss is letting me take flexi time this aft to go to a real nappy demo at the local (to work) library!

will try and catch up later

I loved my real nappies. I used the Tots bots ones and they were fab. Hope you have a good time.

Right top up my caffine and nicotine levels and then I'll make a start. I want a star today.

Carlsberggal my SS is the same he keeps getting his deployment dates shuffled around the last time he went he had a couple of days deployment training then straight out. Huge hugs honey I know where your coming from x

Dusty It's a petrol one that we have but we need it as we could never get a lead big enough to do all our garden. We had a push one at the last house and it was murder to use really heavy. I'll ask OH if he can remember what make so you can avoid it like the plague.
