Mambury - I am not sure about the camera only because it is an old compact model so event a £50 jobbie from argos would be a bit better. I dunno...maybe this

Mambury - as you've already bought it give it a go. the amazon reviews are broadly positive including people raving about the macro.
Maybe you could have chosen better but maybe it will be just fine.

    Evening everyone.

I've been having major problems with posting the links into one thread, too many characters and the forum refusing to be fooled by me posting them a bit at a time. So I decided to change the format of them and hide the long addresses behind a shorter hyperlink. It worked in that I can now get them all into one post. However, it appears to have stopped a lot of the links working! Grrrr!

With the help of Cagne I have found quite a few of them and am just working at redoing them, but please let me know if you find any after tonight and I'll sort them.

Anyway, my other job of the evening is trying to buy some paint and I wanted some of you crafty people's advice please. I bought a kit for my niece called Pretty Petals for making flowers by bending and twisting wire into a petal shape and then painting them. The paint dries opaque and as a skin that stays on the wire. They look really pretty and we want to make some more. The kit had the tiniest amount of paint which only did 4 petals and I want to get some more but have no idea what kind of paint to buy. Does anyone know?

Oh and I meant to say, welcome back Saucy, we missed you!

Munchki, so glad you got some professional advice about your situation, the relief must be huge! I am breathing a cautious sigh of relief for you right now!!! At least someone is helping you now even if they can't resolve it immediately.

Yukki, the sock animals are brill. Well done. Not read the blog yet, that is item number 3 on my to do tonight list.

And I'm dying to know what Cagne has been telling you about - COME BACK CAGNE!!!!!!

Right, linky linky. I may be a while.

thing is Mambury I've spent a lot of time in negative and it took me to some not very nice places. I am lucky that I came out undamaged (I don't mean drugs and stuff - more relationships etc) I am by no means pollyanna just determined to find different path and stay with it.

edit ; have to say that some of those not very nice places were also the source of some of my funnier stories and memories too - just wouldn't want to go there again
