I've never tried them - i stopped eating eggs the day she started laying. OH loves them and says they're 'richer' than chicken eggs, with more yolky yolk. We've given some to his work mates and they love them too. They're big with bluey/green shells.
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

Glad to hear it Saucy :-)

Well actually had a productive day after all, have done some housework, listed my 6 things on Ebay and added up all my figures in and out (mainly out) for my self assessment.
My project for tomorrow is some photographs of some new stock..hopefully if my camera decides to behave itself.

Yeah - i hadn't planned to and i had been looking forward to trying them but when they came along i just couldn't bring myself to eat them. I've always loved eggs but have also always been very iffy about what they are and this brought it too close to home i think! OH thinks i'm being silly :o

Thats really interesting Em, doesn't sound silly to me.
I don't like duck eggs or at least not the ones I've tried. the white was too strong somehow. I can't really describe it cos all I remember feeling is sick at the taste. But I do like chicken eggs but haven't thought very deeply about it apart from eating ones that are free range and organic where possible. DH won't eat egg butties when we are out and about because he won't eat them if they are not free range.
