When I purchased sky sports I was told sky 3 was a bonus channel so I dont think so

At least you're not paying the £10 a month by the looks of it, mind you it does take a bit of studying, why do they make things so difficult. It's worth checking though that you're not being charged, I was offered free multiroom a long while ago when they charged me for it I queried and they denied offering it to me and I believe the same kind of thing is happening with the HD offer

I am sick of Sky looking after new customers, they get really good deals. I have been with them 13 years and couldnt get anything out of them. My friend who has just joined got Sky HD and internet all for £10 a month. They wanted £43 off me + £30 set up +£30 activation. Disgusting.:mad::mad::mad:

i phoned sky 2 weeks ago they would not offer me the deal told them i was not happy about the way they treat there customers just had a call from them today offering me a free hd box free installation they could not offer me 12 months free hd subs but gave me free multiroom which is the same amount as the hd subs.
