And enjoy Cafe Rouge, I like those places as well for food and ambience.

Hi Hypno et al
It would certainly be a shocker to anyone who happened to walk past the front of the house  The elderly people in the nearby bungalows might not live to eat their Easter Eggs!!
I've blitzed the kitchen - just the floor to clean when the children have gone. Then I will hoover the downstairs, and will then start on the spare room. One load is in the machine and I should get up to date with the washing etc by the end of tomorrow.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Hypno re the new clothes you will be buying/needing when you have got to your target weight, could you pay yourself say £10 for every pound you lose so that you start a little fund to go on a spree when you reach target? I know the budget is tight but you are doing really well with the matched betting etc so maybe you deserve some of that money for you after your hard work.0

No loss this week - it was 1/2 lb on, but I'm ok with that. I did have a bad food day yesterday but should be able to recover from that if I am sensible, although am off to Cafe Rouge on Sunday, so trying to incorporate that into my points for the week as well.
However, on the basis that I am being more healthy for the majority of the time, if I don't lose weight for a week or so, in the bigger scheme of things I'm not going to beat myself up over it (which is a very different attitude from years gone by when I would just have given up and gone back to bad habits!).
Yes, my weight loss is slow and steady, much like my debt repayments. BUT, it's better that way I think. Change for life - not just a sudden and dramatic loss that can't be sustained, then it piles back on plus tax.
Hope you get loads done today - remember it's all calories burnt ready for Cafe Rouge0 -
Right - children have been despatched, so I think it is time to make a coffee and take it up to the spare room and get startedSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

On the clothes shopping when I needed the fitted shirt tops for with Jeans, I got one Tommy Hilfinger & one Ralph Lauren from TKMaxx, so I knew what size I was for those specific brands, and also knew that they washed and wore well, the others I got really cheap BNWT off Ebay over a period of time. Most had US tags on, so I assume people had impulse bought them when on holiday in the US.0

Hope you don't mind me posting this on here Hypno, but you get more traffic than me and thought it might be of use to someone. Thanks
Just seen on NUTRACHECK, there's 25% off a 3 month membership for £14.99 (usually £19.99) You can still do the 5 day free trial too, so for anyone who wants to lose weight and save cash - I highly recommend it!0 -
Hypno, do you happen to know the best way to get single trip travel insurance for skiing for a minor?
